Planning Horizon
The planning horizon is the length of time a plan is considered relevant and representative of the community’s goals. The planning horizon for the Town of Webster Comprehensive Plan is 15 years, or to 2040 – aligning with the Town’s bicentennial anniversary. However, as conditions change in the community, the information in this Plan may be reviewed and updated on a more regular basis.
